The Patchwork Padfolio
Carry your notes & writing tools in style with this sturdy quilted padfolio!  Reinforced with hardboard for easy note-taking on the go!

PATTERN PIECES INCLUDED. Dimensions of rectangular pieces also included for easy cutting of pieces using a rotary cutter and mat.

Fabric Requirements:

View A:  Two 1/2 yards of coordinating cotton fabric
1 fat quarter cotton fabric

View B:  1 yard 44" wide quilter's cotton
Scraps for patchwork binding and pencil pocket

View C: 1 1/4 yard 44" wide quilter's cotton
scrap for pencil pocket 

Materials needed:

1/2 yard quilt batting (I prefer Warm ‘N Natural)
1 yard medium-weight fusible interfacing
3/4 yard of craft stabilizer such as Pellon® 70
One 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of hardboard (1/8″ thick, will need to be cut to size with saw)
8 1/2″ x 11″ legal pad
Cutting mat
Ruler 

Optional Materials:

Small piece of vinyl for business card pocket
Walking foot for stitching vinyl to fabric
